It will challenge you to try new things, get outdoors, explore new places, meet new people and reconnect with nature. With each new experience you will begin to feel reenergized, happier and more excited by life. You will begin living your life more passionately and purposefully. You will begin living your best life.

Our only GUIDANCE is that your experiences should be FUN, HAVE YOU TRY NEW THINGS, GET YOU OUTDOORS AND EXPLORING NEW PLACES, GET YOU OF OUR COMFORT ZONE AND IDEALLY RECONNECTING WITH NATURE.
All too often our excuse for not having new experiences is that we have no one to do it with. But we’ve got you covered. NO MORE EXCUSES!
Not only will we share the information and inspiration to make you feel comfortable about going it alone and having experiences by yourself we’ll help you connect with other Challengers to create your own EXPERIENCE TEAM.
We have also designed the challenge to help you use experiences to reconnect with your family, friends and significant other.
Experiences are certainly more memorable and rewarding when shared, especially with your loved ones and those close to you.

To help keep you motivated and accountable throughout the Challenge we will supply you with a downloadable CHALLENGER EXPERIENCE LOG to track your experiences as you have them.
We’ll also supply you with your personal EXPERIENCE LIFE PASSPORT that has space for 52 experience stamps and 8 milestone stamps to be collected throughout the Challenge.
Both will need to be submitted at the end of the Challenge to receive your EXPERIENCE LIFE FINISHER CERTIFICATE.

Interviews will be streamed in our private Facebook Group throughout the challenge. So, get ready to be inspired to live your passions, get outside, travel, have adventures, challenge yourself, and to experience life more.
Damian is a father, self-made serial entrepreneur, health and fitness fanatic, self-actualizer, traveler, and experiencer of life. A fitness fanatic and avid traveler who has lived in 6 different countries and travelled to over 20. He now resides in Brazil, where has lived for over 14 years, with his 11-year-old son, Pedro.
EXPERIENCE LIFE MORE is Damian’s philosophy of life and has seen him bungy jumping and sky diving in New Zealand, river rafting in Costa Rica, kite surfing in the Dominican Republic, canyoning in Australia, mountain biking in California, going on safari in Africa and countless other experiences and adventures.
On reaching 52, Damian can honestly say that the first part of his life has certainly not been ordinary. He is now committed and working to make sure the second half is extraordinary.
Today he is passionate about inspiring and helping others to discover how to live what he calls, a Legend Life. TODAY! It starts as soon as you register and start logging your experiences. The challenge is open for entry year-round and runs for 52 weeks from the day you first learned about the challenge and registered.
That being said we do have an official start times for the Challenge. The June 2022 Series of the Challenge will open for registration June 1st. If you would like to join the Challenge at the same time as other Challengers you should join on one of these dates. But this is certainly not required.
YES!! The challenge is open to anyone, anywhere in the world.
In short NO! You should start the challenge and start counting experiences from the day you undertook and tracked your first experience. The point of the challenge is to make a commitment that for the next 52 weeks you will do an experience a week.
Experiences are the things you would like to see, do or try in order to feel happy and fulfilled with your life. They are the activities we like to do for fun and spend our personal time doing.
Our challenge is focused on the outdoor activities you like to spend your personal time doing and designed to motivate you to do more of these activities whilst encouraging you to reconnect with nature.
For our purposes an experience is any physical activity that you do outside and takes more than one hour.
Your experiences are any activity you would like to do in your personal time and whilst some of the experiences you select to have over the 52 weeks of the challenge may be on your bucket list they do not need to be.
No, this challenge is all about you and you making a personal commitment to live your best life by selecting and having the experiences you personally would like to have and which will leave you the most fulfilled and happy.
That being said you will find ideas and suggestions in the Challenger Guide and inspiration in the Facebook Group and from posts to Facebook and Instagram by other challengers.
We are pretty flexible here, and we will accept you doing the same experience. However remember the whole idea behind the challenge is that you get out of your comfort zone and try new things so where possible try to make your experiences different.
When we say new we do not mean that each experience needs to be unique. The overall experience must just be new to you. New meaning you can undertake the same activity but do so in a new way or location.
The challenge was created to break the pattern of you doing the same thing over and over again and to not only have you try new things but have you look to do the things you love to do in new ways and in new locations.
No problems! If you miss doing an experience in a week or a couple of weeks you should look to catch up and seek to have more experiences in subsequent weeks.
However, remember by joining the challenge you are making a commitment to yourself to live intentionally and have more experiences and should ideally look to complete 52 experiences over the 52 weeks.
To track your experiences, you will be supplied upon registration with an Experience Challenge log, where you should list your weekly experiences to help you keep accountable and motivated.
This with your experience photo posts to social media will help us to verify you have completed the challenge when looking to select 2021’s Challenge winners.
The weekly activity prizes inclusive of our Photo of the Week are awarded based on experience posts to social media (instagram and our Facebook group) using the hashtag #52ExperiencesChallenge.
Eligibility for the Experience of the Month and the Experience of the Year and Runner Up requires you to have registered for the Challenge and for you to share your Experience log and your Experience photos to social media using the hashtag #52ExperiencesChallenge.
For a chance to win our Experience of the Year award you will also have to fill out the Challenge Finisher form on completion of the Challenge and submit your Experience Log showing 52 experiences.
All challengers of the June 2022 series of the Challenge will need to complete their 52 experiences by June 30th 2023 and submit their completed Challenger Finisher Form and their Challenge Experience Log by July 16th 2023 to be eligible for the Experience of the Year Award and to be added to the 2022 Challenger Wall of Fame.
We leave it to you to decide how you would like to have your experiences. So, you can choose to undertake your experiences by yourself, with family, with your partner, with friends and even with other members of our community.
In fact, we would love you to encourage your family and friends to join you in registering and taking up the challenge.
